Do I have to pay extra for support?
If you’re on the enterprise plan, you get a dedicated Slack channel and 24/7 advanced support. If you just want Slack support without the full enterprise plan, you can add it as an optional upgrade for $500 a month. Priority email support is automatically included if you're spending at least $500 a month. For everyone else, support is available on a best-effort basis.

What should I do if something isn’t working?
Check the Status Page to see if we’re having any issues. If everything looks good but you’re still running into problems, report an issue and we’ll take a look.
